Well I just can't help myself, another Science Vessel!!

The Jupiter Carrier is the first of its kind to be built by Starfleet Engineering. It was designed to serve as a mobile fighter launching platform with durability and fleet support in mind. Being one of the largest Starfleet science ships in production, it sacrifices maneuverability for hull strength over Cruisers and Escorts. Based on the mighty Jupiter Class Dreadnought, this ship was designed to support its fleet's operations in many combat situation, capable of launching fighter or frigate craft in combat.

It's another big ship with a crew of 2500, It does a have a poor turn rate and speed ratio, but with some turn rate applied in modules and consoles it's not too bad, a distinguishable feature is the smaller ca-cells on the bottom of the vessel.








The one thing that I did upgrade was bridge and a set of fighters, so far in playing with the ship I'm impressed with the abilities, Against smaller craft is a weakness there just faster and nimble to stay on those weak zones but with the upgraded Advance Callisto Light Escorts really makes the ship fun to articulate warfare

These are well worth the up grade while one transitions to elite stuff, costing 25,712 Dilithium for the pair



They make the Game Play Pop!!!



Just 2 of them really added to the security of the vessel, and with the ability "Insult To Injury" really takes it up a notch as a nice tactile hull breach ~ usually with about 1/4 health left is most common it's applied ~ a nice finishing blow! I'm just so impressed with these light escort fighters!!!

One thing I wished they had of done was to added a couple of repair shuttles, the third hanger not to really impose on game play but more for immersion. do some repairs and perhaps grab the loot :) non-combat units. something to do while you chill out after a fight

I have 2 main weapon sets and an odd ball torpedo launcher as mostly the sets only allow one per slot, and the one Torpedo launcher I want to use as part of the set only came with a limited time ship?
I really don't understand this type of part "hostage" for a set. Very un-Federation friendly. At least come up with another alternative perhaps just different stats for the finally set, that way the originally buyers during that event still have something special, and the players like me just started playing at least can make a weapon set complete not "this set is being held hostage"

The design of the game is to buy ships to get abilities and collect parts for the set to get a complete master set, like trying trying to sell a computer without the hard drive but asking the full price ~ where the hard drive is being held hostage as it belonged to another computer lineage that was limited, we have tons of those but you can't have one? It just makes for broken gameplay! There are all these Broken sets of stuff.




























This is a temporary Torpedo perhaps, it still does a fairly good job of damage, A volley firing one might be better, way of stinging things trying to stick to my ass end! does around 14k of damage.
